Day two :)

Something I ate today :) 

I just happen to make the best Pumpkin spice chocolate chip cookies EVER for a dinner party last night and we had lots of extras! Which made for a great breakfast!!!

They are super easy to make and sooo yummy! 

Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/3 cup of butter (softened) 

1 cup canned pumpkin 

-mix these together until they are smooth and then add 

2 eggs 

1/2 cup of milk 

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 

1 box spice cake mix

AND 

as many chocolate chips as you like!!! 

Bake them at 375 for 15 min! 

makes about 2 dozen
